Optional Teams

Roswell optional gymnasts are highly respected within the gymnastics community for their technique, sportmanship, and academic achievement.  Our program strives to offer aggressive training while maintaining balance for our gymnasts.  Many of our optional gymnasts go on to continue gymnastics at the collegiate level.

Optional Levels 7 through 10 begin their season in December, competing through the spring toward their State Championships in March and April. USAG Optional level athletes may qualify at the state meet for regional competitions which are hosted throughout our region by level. Regional qualifiers compete in the Junior Olympic Nationals in May.
