Birthday Parties are FUN at Roswell Gymnastics!
Thank you for your interest in having your birthday party at Roswell Gymnastics. Our birthday party program is a fundraiser for our Optional Girls Gymnastics Team. Funds raised are applied to the girls' travel expenses. Our gymnasts and their parents appreciate your support!
About our parties:

Age:Boy’s and Girl’s – Birthday child must be turning 4 years and up.

Cost:0-16 $250.00

17 plus kids $300.00, plus $5.00 per child beginning with 17 and up. Maximum number of 25 kids.

Note: Birthday party guests are to be four years old or higher: however, guests turning four within the calendar year require special permission and the total number of party participants (due to the younger age of guests included) will be limited to NO more than 16 Participants. (participant numbers include the birthday child/children.) We offer the following party times:
JANUARY - DECEMBER
Saturday: 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Sunday: 12:30 pm and 2:45 p.m.
A typical party lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes and begins with 10 minutes of stretching, and 50 minutes of organized gym time, adapted to the age of the guests. Only the party parents are allowed on the gymnastics floor. Party participants can drop off their child and view the party from the observation area. Activities include: Trampoline, Tumble Trak and Foam Pit fun, followed by an obstacle course. The last 30-45 minutes are saved for cake and awards. Your party support team will have everything ready for you to relax and enjoy your child's special day!

Booking your party
Parties are booked by calling 770-641-3987 or emailing Mary Niedzwiecki at (mniedzwiecki@roswellgov.com) $100 deposit is required. Checks should be made out to Roswell Gymnastics and dropped off at the Roswell Physical Activity Center front desk to hold your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the party date. The remaining balance is due the day of your party. Party times book quickly, so be sure to book early. The birthday party Director will call you the week of your party to confirm your RSVPs.
